The late Jess Jackson and his wife Barbara Banke know a thing or two about crafting world-class California Chardonnay. Between starting Kendall-Jackson in the 1970's and expanding wineries like Cambria, La Crema, Arrowood, and Freemark Abbey, there are few people who have never had a Chardonnay from the Jackson Family. In 1995, they established Stonestreet high above the Alexander Valley in the Mayacamas Mountain Range, destined to be one of the greatest vineyard sites of all time. The vineyards eventually passed to Jess's son Christopher "Stonestreet" Jackson who is pushing it forward with an ever-deepening understanding of this awe-inspiring estate.
