Sourced from the Marcenasco vineyard in La Morra, this is one of the oldest sub zones of the entire Barolo district. Purchased by Renato Ratti in 1965, Marcenasco was one of the first single vineyard cru Barolo's that bore the Ratti name. Today, the wines of Renato Ratti draw enormous acclaim, including the Marcenasco being listed as Wine Enthusiast's Wine of the Year.
