The aroma of ripe red fruits and spices are very strong from the oak aging. (Aged in French oak barrels from Seguin Moreau for 3 months.) This is a full-bodied, rich wine. In the mouth, you can taste ripe, red fruits and pepper. The wine is very soft and tasty, with an elegant finish that is also intense and persistent. Excellent on its own or paired with grilled meat dishes, stews, risottos, pasta, Vegetarian cuisine, tapas, Portuguese petiscos, cod dishes or dry cheeses.
