This wine is making its grand reappearance after a several year hiatus. An homage to the classic Australian Shiraz-Cab blends, the 2018 vintage is a blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in our Estate Vineyard. The richest individual barrels of each were selected and blended to bring you deep aged aromas of candied cherries, spice, and humidor, leading to smooth but well-structured tannins along with flavors of blackberry, leather, tobacco, and sage.
