"The 2021 Grüner Veltliner wafts up remarkably fresh and airy, mixing crushed stone with minty herbs and hints of chlorophyll. It’s deeply textural, almost oily in feel, yet salty and savory as well, resulting in a sensation of umami within. Tart green apple and mineral tones linger incredibly long as the 2021 tapers off lightly-structured yet fresh.
