In the heart of the Napa Valley, just 3 miles east of St. Helena, Conn Creek flows out of Howell Mountain through Conn Calley. It is here that the Anderson family grows the red Bordeaux varietal grapes and produces wines that rival those produced anywhere in the world.
After a controlled fermentation and extended maceration of as much as 5 weeks, the wines are pressed, racked, and placed in 225 liter French oak barrels for as long as 2 years before being bottled and refined and unfiltered.
The wines are then bottle-aged for another year before being released. Even though they will benefit from further aging, you can enjoy them on release. Observe the beautiful color, smell the rich bouguet, enjoy this fine wine and taste why they are so justly proud.

| "One of the more underrated Cabernet Sauvignons in Napa (and it’s not surprising that I feel the same way about their nearby neighbor, Seavey) is Anderson’s Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from no other place than ... the Conn Valley. The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve has beautiful notes of licorice, incense, and a hint of tapenade intermixed with creme de cassis, smoke, and background graphite. A pure, rich wine that is more structured and restrained than the 2004, but with plenty of tannin and admirable concentration and depth, give this wine 2-4 years of bottle age and drink it over the next 25 years."- Robert Parker 94 Points |
