Aresti`s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is made from grapes selected from four blocks of 15-year-old vines on the estate vineyard. One of these blocks produces grapes with clear eucalyptus and mint characteristics, while all four blocks are notable for bearing fruit with high aromatic concentration. The wine is aged for about 6 months in 75% French and 25% American oak.

Tasting notes

Richly full-bodied with an appealing nose of black currants and spice. A light touch of vanilla oak enriches the eucalyptus and dark fruit flavors on the palate. Finishes long and smooth.
