This wine exemplifies Sauvignon Blanc, which should be crisp and light and show hints of citrus and herbs. A very refreshing quaff. The grapes for this wine were hand harvested from selected Central Coast vineyards in the Santa Barbara and Edna Valley appellations. The wine is very light in the mouth with distinctive lychee, pear and green components. Bright, crisp acidity leads to a lingering tropical finish.
